                                         Ford Fuse Panel


The Ford fuse panel is located under the dash on the driver side
adjacent to the left side kick panel.  Ford fuse panel layout has
changed very little over the years.  However, there were some
minor changes as to what fuse controlled the different systems.  
The below list will either work for you, or you'll be close.  Keep
pulling, it's one of those...  The ignition switch, main light switch,
and fuse positions 1, 4, 8, 10, and 16 are powered at all times.  
The other fuses receive power through the ignition switch and
main light switch.  In the second chart below, you'll find information
on the color coding of the fuses and their amp value.  You'll also
see some of the wire gauges used to control the vehicle systems.
